Euclid Law is delighted to announce that Philip Lux joins as a partner
Philip Lux joins EUCLID Law’s fast growing Brussels office from German law firm Kapellmann where he was a senior associate. Prior to that, Philip worked six years as a competition lawyer at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in Brussels as well as in Cologne.
Philip represents clients before the European Commission and the Belgian and German competition authorities with respect to cartel investigations, complex multi-jurisdictional mergers and abuse of dominance cases. In addition, Philip also has a large experience helping companies as well as trade associations setting up or optimizing compliance systems. Finally, Philip assists clients with respect to questions regarding state aid rules.
Damien Geradin, who runs EUCLID’s Brussels office, commented that “2017 has been an exceptional year for EUCLID Law and we thus have decided to expand the partners’ team to meet growing client demand”, adding that Lux is a “very talented lawyer, and a great compliment to Euclid’s Brussels office.”

Based in Brussels and London, EUCLID Law now comprises five partners, one senior consultants and a team of associates.
